Always be ready to take a shot. When I saw this girl yelling into the mailbox for attention my camera was still set to a manual long exposure, so I missed the moment. By the time I had gotten ready she had noticed me and was staring at me and M., me crouched pointing a big camera at her and M. standing behind me trying to look friendly. When it finally dawned on me that she wasn’t going to stop staring anytime soon and she couldn’t see me smiling at her, I raised a hand to wave at her. She waved back and decided it was a good time to strike a pose. *click*
