I didn’t really mention the photos that much in my post yesterday about the World Press Photo exhibit. Too busy whinging. :) There was a lot to look at and be sad about, but fortunately this year the “war & death” theme seemed a bit less prevalent. In journalistic photography I really like people who go out and find extraordinary situations and how normal people deal with them, like the ones in the background of yesterday’s post.

There was still plenty that was difficult to look at though. Such as what these people were looking at.
