I have no idea what this is about, but I was freaked out seeing the same stencil in Madrid (right) as I had seen earlier in Amsterdam (left). Looks like some sort of urban art movement. I don’t know what their statement is, but it appears Amsterdam is not on their website. It’s not seen much outside of Spain, it seems. Weird.
