When Karl, the resident bartender at EriKarl’s place, mentioned that the true test of a bartender is the quality of his Aviation cocktail I had to have one. It’s very nice, with an interesting flavour that I was told is mainly due to the maraschino. Very tasty, and not bad on the eyes either.
